I found the story through thenudeinsider and I have to admit I love this piece :). The thing that you attached the sign on her back and on her breasts works really well as an idea. On the first pic you can see just the blank space of her back, but on the 2nd one you can see her beautiful smile and those nice breasts :), so I think I get it. Those signs are nice artistic touch indeed, well done :).
